Terms of use
Last updated 21 July 2026
This is illustrative sample content for a Solas Studio demo of a fictional counselling practice. It is written to look like a real Essential-tier site's policy page, but it is not a real policy and not legal advice.
By using this website you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear and fair, and to set sensible expectations about what this site is and is not.
The nature of this service
Wren Therapy offers private counselling for adults. The website provides general information and a way to get in touch. Reading it does not create a counselling relationship, which begins only once we have spoken and agreed to work together.
Not a crisis or medical service
This site is not for use in an emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you need urgent support, please contact your GP, call 999, or reach the Samaritans on 116 123. Nothing here is a substitute for medical or crisis care.
Enquiries and bookings
- Sending an enquiry is not a booking. We will reply to arrange a free, no-pressure introductory call first.
- Session fees and any concession spaces are confirmed with you directly before we begin.
- Cancellations are handled under the separate agreement we share with clients; we ask for reasonable notice where possible.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or misuse the contact form. Content on the site is provided in good faith for general information and may change.
Liability
We take care to keep the information here accurate, but we do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of general website content. Your care is always guided by our direct conversations and your individual circumstances.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
